Bid for the Purchase of2 Nos of Motor cars

2   No of Dubble Cabs and One no of Passenger Diesal Van

Chairman, DepartmentalProcurement Committee, on behalf of the Development Lotteries Boardwill call sealed Bids from or authorized agents or Local Manufactures for the Supply of Brand Newabove vehicles.

01.           Bid documents and specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Development Lotteries Board at No 356, Dr.Kolvin R.De Silva Mawatha, Colombo 2, Sri Lanka from 30/04/2013between 10.00 hrs and 14.30 hrs from Monday to Friday, other than on Public Holidays, up to 14.30 hrs on 13/05/2013 upon a payment of Rs.5000/= (fivethousand) as a non-refundable fee.

02.          Bid documents will be issued only to manufacturers or their authorizedAgents who provide the letter to prove their authority as an agent.

03.          The bid should be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form as Annexure"2" for350,000/- of total bid value as per the Bid conditions.

04.          Bidders should furnish all the detailed information as required in the Bid Documents.

05.          As per the Bid Conditions, Bidders must submit the offers in duplicate (top left hand corner of the envelope marked as "Bid for the supply of Brand newvehicles ") to reach the Chairman, Department Procurement committee, Development Lotteries Board, 356, Dr.KolvinR.De Silva Mawatha, Colombo 2 Sri Lanka not later than 14.30 hrs on 13/05/2013 and no bids will be accepted thereafter. Bids should be forwarded by registered post or deposited in the Box provided for the purpose at the Office of the Chairman, Development Lotteries Board, at the above address.  Bids will be closed at 14.30 hrs on 13/05/2013 and opened immediately thereafter.

06.          The Departmental Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid or part thereof or call for additional information where necessary. 

07.          Bid documents may be inspected at the Administration Division of Development Lotteries Board, No.356, Dr. Kolvin R De silva Mw,Union Place, Colombo 2 free of charge from 2013/04/29 to 2012/05/11between 10.00 a m to 14.30 hrs on any working day.
