Tender for Designing, Developing, Printing and Delivering of Jayoda Draw Lotteries

                                         DLB/FIN/TEN – 073 /2009

1. The Chairman, Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee on behalf of the Development Lotteries Board will receive sealed bids for the supply and delivery of   Jayoda Draw Lottery Tickets for the Development Lotteries Board for a period of three years.
2. Bids shall be submitted in the Bid Documents obtainable from the Finance Division of the Development Lotteries Board at No.356, Dr. Colvin R De Silva Mawatha, Union Place, Colombo 2, from 30^th September 2009 up to 20^th October 2009 between 10.00 to 14.00 hrs from Monday to Friday other than on Public Holidays, on a non-refundable cash deposit of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand (Rs.25,000/=) by producing a copy of Certificate of Registration of the company.  Bid documents could also be viewed free of charge during the times and  the address specified hereof from 30^th September 2009 to 19^th October 2009 from Monday to Friday other than on Public Holidays.
3. Complete sets of bid documents will be issued at the written requests of the prospective local bidders who are interested in the supply and delivery of Jayoda Draw Lottery Tickets.  All requests should be addressed to the Chairman, Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, Development Lotteries Board at No.356, Dr. Colvin R De Silva Mawatha, Colombo 2,
4. Sealed bids in duplicate under registered cover should be posted to reach “The Chairman, Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, Development Lotteries Board at No.356, Dr. Colvin R De Silva Mawatha, Colombo 2, or be deposited in the Tender Box provided for this purpose kept at the Finance Division.
5. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time of the bid at 14.00 hrs on 22^nd October 2009 at the Head Office of the Development Lotteries Board at the above address.  Bidders or their duly authorized representatives are requested to be present at the time of opening of offers.
6. The Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee reserves its sole right to accept or reject any or all the offers or any part thereof without assigning any reason and /or call for additional information where necessary.
