The Development Lotteries Board, which has revolutionized the lottery industry with new technological changes, has now opened another avenue for the benefit of the customers from 15.12.2020 facilitating them to purchase their lottery ticket by Mobile through an SMS or USSD.   
Customers, who already use Mobitel and Dialog connections, are facilitated to purchase their lottery using their mobile phone and this facility is to be extended to all other connections also in due course.
If you intend to purchase your lottery ticket through a telephone call (USSD), you should dial #611# and then you will have 04 options.

You may purchase lottery tickets on your preference sending an SMS to 611 whenever you expect to purchase lottery tickets through SMS.

You have to bear the phone bill for the purchase of lottery tickets and the prizes of which the value is Rs. 100 or less will be credited to the Wallet.  You have the facility to receive your prizes either through M cash or E cash but you should visit the Head Office of DLB to collect the prizes over Rs. 20,000.
Now you have the facility to purchase your lottery ticket from DLB in more convenient way saving your time. DLB expects with these measures to make more and more lucky winners all over the Island and in the meantime enhance the contribution to the Government for the development of Health and education sectors of the country.
